These Terms govern the use of the public cuervo.aero website operated by Przemysław Tarapacki Accun The website is an informational and sales contact page for a digital aviation maintenance product. It is not the product application itself.
You can contact us at office@cuervo.aero or by phone at +48 725 427 489. Commercial access to the Cuervo product is available only after contact with us, a scheduled demo and separate commercial arrangements.
The website lets visitors read product information, browse articles and send a demo or contact request. Using the website is free and does not require an account. Sending a form does not create a product account, licence, trial period, subscription or obligation to purchase.
Descriptions of features, compliance areas, screenshots and videos are provided for information and sales discussion. They do not replace aviation regulatory advice, quality procedures or the customer's own responsibility for compliance with applicable aviation requirements.
A product demo, pilot access, trial access, subscription, onboarding, support terms, data processing agreement, SLA or dedicated deployment may be subject to separate agreements or order documents. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, the separate commercial documents apply to the product use.
Visitors must use the website lawfully, provide accurate contact details when submitting a form and must not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security measures or use the website in a way that infringes third-party rights.
