2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the public cuervo.aero website, contact forms, demo requests and related sales communication. It does not replace separate product, customer, trial, data processing or support documentation that may apply after a demo or commercial agreement.

3. Data you provide

When you contact us or request a demo, we may process your name, business email, phone number, company or organisation name, organisation type and the message or operational context you provide.

4. Technical data

When you browse the website, we may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, language preference, cookie consent status, visited pages, timestamps and server logs. We use local video and image assets where possible.

5. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries and take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), conduct B2B sales follow-up and protect our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), secure and maintain the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and, where optional analytics or non-essential cookies are used, on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers that support the website and sales process, including hosting, email, calendar, CRM, analytics, security, legal or accounting providers, and with public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

We prefer providers operating in the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Contact and demo inquiry data is usually stored for up to 3 years from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting obligations. Technical logs are usually stored for up to 12 months. Cookie retention is described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact office@cuervo.aero.

10. Supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

11. Voluntary data

Providing data in the contact or demo form is voluntary, but without the required contact details we may not be able to respond or schedule a demo.

12. Automated decision-making

We do not use website form data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

13. Product access

If after a demo we provide access to a demo environment, pilot, subscription or dedicated deployment, additional privacy, security or data processing terms may apply, especially where customer operational data or user accounts are processed.

14. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, sales process, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
